The Medicine
With its remarkable intelligence ayahuasca will change your view on the universe and on yourself as an intrinsic part of it.
Each experience is different according to your unique energetic makeup, your outer circumstances, and your inner belief system at this specific point in space and time.

You will be immersed in a 22-acre Jungle Oasis in Dominical, Costa Rica.

Your Masters
Anke and Marie Lou are knowledgeable and highly experienced curanderas.
They’ve led plant medicine ceremonies for more than fifteen years. They spend months in the Peruvian jungle in shamanic diets in isolation with numerous master plants.
Known for their outstandingly protected ceremony setting and an authentic approach to self-discovery, Anke and Marie Lou have led over 1,000 ceremonies.
Their teachers are the ayahuasca masters Kestembetsa and Juan Flores Salazar, visionary Marko Evoré, and energy healer Michael Barnett. They draw inspiration from the groundbreaking work of Dr. G. R. Hamer, MD, Arthur Janov’s Primal Therapy, life coach Tony Robbins, Qi master Jes Lim and other mentors who focus on meditation, body and energy
work, and other aspects of life.
Anke and Marie Lou have co-created a unique environment, uniting ancient wisdom with modern consciousness-raising techniques. They are emphasizing integration and help you to apply everything you’ve learned to your everyday life and make your experience sustainable.
Body Cultivation with Jonathan Maccaul
Jonathan’s medicine is about balancing and harmonizing both the Human and Spiritual aspects of our Divine Nature. He offers Physical Embodiment Codes & Keys in a Heart-Centered approach to life.
He inspires you to cultivate deep awareness of tension in the body and empowers you with tools and practices for Self-healing and Mastery. In this special 3 hour Spiritus session, you will be introduced to breathing principles and exercises that develop intuition, resilience and embodied living. This simple yet profound life practice is intended to create expansive states of Being, allowing for more authentic connection and expression to be experienced in each moment.
As a martial artist with over 20 years of training, competing, and teaching, Jonathan recognizes the importance of self-care. “It’s all about longevity”. Since 2012, he has been a yoga/meditation teacher as well as a fitness and wellness professional. In 2017, Jonathan became a full instructor of Systema (a holistic Russian Martial Art) under Vladimir Vasiliev (Toronto, Canada).

PREPARATION, PRE-DIET AND HEALTH:
The preparation diet is more than just a physical approach to prepare your body for the work to be done. It includes mental preparation as well. By abstaining from certain foods, drugs and activities the body will be well prepared.
Eat and live as organically as possible, exercise your body and engage in activities that serve you. This will have a positive effect on your experience.
We recommend staying away from pork, refined sugars, recreational drugs, alcohol, any medication, and sex for at least one week prior to the retreat.
Meditate on your goals. This helps you to refine them and to gain more clarity on where you are at right now.
